All personal data will be treated as confidential and anonymous. DatingKiller will under NO CIRCUMSTANCES pass on personal data to third parties.

All communications between services and DatingKiller servers are encrypted (HTTPS).

Data and data access are secured according to the latest security standards and require specific privileges for access.

Collected data

The personal data collected on DatingKiller is as follows:

Connection data (e.g. IP addresses, logs, terminal identifiers, connection identifiers, timestamp information, etc.).
Information relating to use of the site and our applications: number of sessions completed, time spent, pages consulted, purchases;

All the private and intimate data are not collected as it’s stay in local. When the cloud save is activated, the data are encrypted.

Deletion of personal data

To delete all your personal data, simply delete your account in the DatingKiller application under the Settings tab. When you delete your user account, all related personal data  is permanently deleted. After deletion, it is not possible to recover an account.

Data hosting

All DatingKiller data is hosted in Switzerland and subject to Swiss data protection legislation. Data is hosted in a TIER-3 datacenter in the canton of Vaud – Switzerland, managed by Infomaniak SA.
